Privacy policy

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version applies.

Data we collect

When you send the contact form, we store:

• your name, agency or company, and position;
• your email address and phone number;
• the need you selected and your message;
• the time of submission and the reference number;
• your IP address as a one-way hash (salted SHA-256). Your actual IP address is not stored in the form database.

This site does not use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels. Web server logs record IP addresses and browser types for security purposes and are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Why we process it

We use form data only to respond to your request, for example to schedule an assessment or send documents. The IP address hash is used to limit the number of submissions and prevent abuse of the form. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We do not send automatic replies to the address entered in the form. Our team replies to you directly.

Where it is stored

Form data is stored on servers owned by PT Delta Bhumi Technology in Indonesia, outside any publicly accessible directory. Submission notifications are forwarded to our team's email (sales@deltabhumi.co.id).

Site traffic passes through a content delivery network (Cloudflare) for protection and speed. Form data is not stored with that service.

How long we keep it

Form data is kept for at most 24 months after submission, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Send your request to sales@deltabhumi.co.id and include the reference number or the email address you used in the form. We respond within the time limits set by Law No. 27 of 2022.
