What are your skills?

Designing and managing networks: VLAN segmentation, firewalls with a DMZ, and web application protection. I also harden Linux servers, web services, and databases.

Which devices do you work with?

MikroTik and Cisco network devices, Sophos XGS firewalls, and VMware vSphere virtualization.

Certifications?

Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking. It can be verified directly with the issuer, and we attach a copy to our qualification documents.

What are your skills?

Building web-based information systems from the server side to the interface, including admin panels and role-based access.

Which programming languages?

PHP with Laravel, Python with FastAPI, and TypeScript with React. For databases we use MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Population data, BSrE electronic signatures, and data exchange between agencies through APIs.

How do you work?

We build in stages and present the results to users regularly, so feedback comes in early.

What are your skills?

Data analysis and management: cleaning data, analyzing it, and presenting it so decision makers can understand it.

What machine learning do you use?

We build machine learning models with H2O for prediction and classification. Finished models are exported as H2O MOJO so applications can run them.

How are results presented?

As scores and projections inside the application, readable by staff without a technical background. Models can be replaced without rebuilding the application.

What are your skills?

Building AI-based products: app builders like makeasy, machine learning models whose results appear in applications, and AI public service assistants.

What is makeasy?

An AI web app builder. You describe your business, the AI drafts an application plan for your approval, then builds a web app with an admin panel and tests it before use.

What technology is behind it?

Models run through a FastAPI service, so they can be replaced without rebuilding the application. Apps built by makeasy use Laravel, React, and TypeScript.

makeasy is in its early launch stage. Pricing is based on credit usage.

How does DBT build applications?

We start by mapping the agency's work processes and needs, then set the architecture and data model before writing code. After that the application is built in stages, with regular presentations to users.

What does the process look like?

There are five stages. Assessment produces a requirements analysis and technical recommendations. Design sets the architecture, data model, and interface standards. Development runs in stages. Deployment covers installation, system hardening, functional testing, and training. Last comes maintenance.

What if our needs grow?

We stay with you after the system goes live, with technical support, security monitoring, and further development. Because the architecture and data model are set early, new features can be added in stages. Server capacity can grow through virtualization or colocation.

What happens after handover?

Every handover comes with technical documentation, a user guide, and a signed handover record, so the agency can run the system on its own.
